MEDVIA currently has a vacancy on our Innovation Board, and we are accepting applications for the position.
Our Innovation Board is separate from our Board of Directors and works with the MEDVIA team to develop strategies in helping our members to collaborate, to share knowledge on available technologies and to advise on project calls and on MEDVIA events and activities. Advice and input from the board goes directly to the Board of Directors for approval and implementation.
Members of the Innovation Board need to have technical innovation expertise, such as involvement in their organization’s innovation policy, R&D management, research coordination or positions such as CSO. As MEDVIA strives for balance in our board representation, women are especially encouraged to apply.
The Innovation Board consists of a balance of representatives from research organizations, universities, hospitals and healthtech companies. The available position must be filled by someone representing a company that is a member of MEDVIA.
Representatives from companies that are not members of MEDVIA are welcome to apply, with the understanding that the company would need to become a member of MEDVIA if the representative is chosen to be on the Innovation Board.
Anyone interested should send a brief letter of motivation together with a CV or a link to an up-to-date LinkedIn profile. Applications should be emailed to Lisa Bradshaw by 13 April 2023.
