BioEquity, the number-one event in Europe bringing together CEOs and investors to network, partner and debate issues facing the biotech industry will take place from 11-14 May 2025 in Bruges.

BioCentury and EBD Group, organizers of the prestigious event, made the announcement this week at the official hand-off ceremony that closed the 2024 edition in San Sebastián, Spain.

MEDVIA made sure that organizers got the gift bags we put together, filled with Belgian chocolates and cookies. We also served Belgian beer and pâté at the closing reception – a  taste of thing to come!

Bringing BioEquity to Flanders is the result of the efforts of MEDVIA, Flanders Investment & Trade, Flanders.bio and VIB. It will solidify our commitment to building bridges between biotech, medtech and digital health – the focus of MEDVIA’s 2024 Strategic Position paper.

We are all looking forward to hosting the 25th anniversary edition of this renowned event next year, welcoming companies and investors to the Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre.
