MEDVIA is hosting a series of proposal-writing workshops to support our Call 2023.2. Members of consortia whose Abstracts have been approved and are moving ahead to the full proposal stage are invited to attend these full-day workshops to support the proposal-writing process.

Half of every workshop will be dedicated to writing, including one-on-one assistance from MEDVIA or VLAIO staff, or an outside expert. There are three monthly workshops, each focused on a stage in the proposal-writing process:

10 January, Leuven
Kick-starting the proposal-writing process
– Overview procedure full proposal
– Evaluation criteria and guidelines for your proposal
– Dos & Don’ts innovation goals
– Formulate strong research hypothesis
– Illustrating the strong expertise of your consortium
– How to create a compelling visual of your approach

Creating a solid description of the impact of your project

– How to calculate (societal) impact according to VLAIO regulations

The workshop series is free and highly recommended for members of consortia whose Abstract has been approved and are moving on to full proposal. It is the intention that every consortia attends all three of the workshops as they build on each other.

The workshops are also open to others who can benefit from putting together a successful grant proposal. If you are not a member of a project consortium but would like to attend one or more of the workshops, please contact us.
