What the program offers

The InnoMedCatalyst Accelerator is an 8-week, interactive program designed to guide health innovators through the complexities of commercialization. The program helps ventures navigate each phase of development, from product validation and regulatory preparation to crafting investor-ready strategies.

Through 1-to-1 mentoring support and a series of webinars, The InnoMedCatalyst Accelerator will provide you with the expertise, support and network you need to unlock your startup’s full potential.

Who should apply?

The Accelerator provides a structured yet flexible path to growth for startups that want to make a real difference to healthcare providers and patients. From telemedicine to diagnostics, to AI and robotics – this program support companies developing technologies with a strong IP protection, market potential, and a commitment to healthcare innovation.

The focus is on innovations used in clinical settings with a regulated pathway to market. If your technology has the potential to impact lives, and you’re ready to scale up your solution, you could be the perfect fit for this program.

The InnoMedCatalyst Accelerator is looking for:

  • Early-stage medtech or healthtech spinoffs, startups, or SMEs
  • Companies innovating in the digital personalized, predictive, preventive, participatory, or precision healthcare space.
  • Innovators based in Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain.
  • Projects at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4–6.

Startups and spinoffs currently in the process of being legally established are also encouraged to apply, provided they complete registration before the program begins.

  • Investor Readiness: Build and refine your compelling pitch, tailored to investor expectations with the support of experts.
  • Visibility: Present your Pitch to investors and stakeholders from across Europe in a dedicated Demo Day in Bologna, Italy on November 14th
  • Network & Connections: Join a community of 18 like-minded teams and gain exposure to over 150 partners, investors, and mentors through the InnoMedCatalyst network and events across Europe.
