The RegMed XB Annual Conference 2025 is a key event for anyone in the regenerative medicine field, whether as part of innovative companies, as researchers or industry experts or representing governments or health foundations. Be part of the 3rd RegMed XB Annual Conference, get inspired and expand your network.

What to expect

This year, the conference Beyond Borders is being held in Leuven. Following the success of previous conferences in Leiden (2023) and Maastricht (2024), REgMed XB has chosen Leuven, a city not only rich in history but also a hub for cutting-edge research and innovation in regenerative medicine, making it an ideal setting for their annual conference.

The first day concludes with a reception and a special evening program at the brewery De Hoorn. Take a stroll through the Leuven city centre and experience the history of the brewery in the impressive Brewing Room, while enjoying a unique beer pairing dinner. After the conclusion of the Conference, the second day wraps up with a networking reception at the Irish College.

Better together

and are joining forces in a brand new organization

The members of MEDVIA and flanders.bio have voted to merge their activities in the first half of 2025. With a united voice, we will champion the entire healthtech and biotech ecosystem on the regional, federal and European stage.

The merger allows MEDVIA and flanders.bio to align activities and deliver more powerful support for our collective members. We will achieve greater impact with more dynamic networking opportunities, better directed funding and increased efficiency, sharpening our focus in common areas and drafting strategic roadmaps for Flanders.
