Brainy Breakfast: Kortrijk
12 Mar 2024

Calling all brainiacs: Join MEDVIA at the next edition of Brainy Breakfast on 12 March in Kortrijk to hear Jan Wauters of FIT talk about cross-border collaboration with France.

Our intimate morning get-togethers allow the healthtech sector to meet, share inspirations and score free croissants. At Brainy Breakfast you will find no PowerPoint presentations and no speeches – just a casual theme-led discussion with fellow slimmeriken.

Everyone is welcome at the next Brainy Breakfast. We are delighted to welcome Jan Wauters, Science & Technology Counsellor at Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT) to this edition of Brainy Breakfast. Jan will introduce us to the topic of this edition: Transborder Collaboration Between Flanders and the North of France. Bring your questions and comments to the table!

Brainy Breakfasts are in English and free for MEDVIA members and non-members alike. But space is limited, so registration is required. Registrations will close when maximum capacity is reached.

Brainy Breakfasts will move around among the provinces on a semi-monthly basis. Check our Events page and future newsletters for details on subsequent outings near you!

Better together

and are joining forces in a brand new organization

The members of MEDVIA and flanders.bio have voted to merge their activities in the first half of 2025. With a united voice, we will champion the entire healthtech and biotech ecosystem on the regional, federal and European stage.

The merger allows MEDVIA and flanders.bio to align activities and deliver more powerful support for our collective members. We will achieve greater impact with more dynamic networking opportunities, better directed funding and increased efficiency, sharpening our focus in common areas and drafting strategic roadmaps for Flanders.
