We are excited to welcome Eva McLellan as our international keynote speaker for this CEO Roundtable. In addition to being an executive at Roche, Eva is the Co-founder of Unlocking Eve – a non-profit that is pioneering a new method for integrated, balanced leadership. Her keynote will highlight the advantages of diversity in healthtech leadership and how it contributes to company success, backed by research and data.
Following Eva’s talk, we’ll open the floor to roundtable attendees with a moderated discussion about Belgium’s healthtech leadership, covering the current state of diversity and identifying challenges and potential solutions. The aim is to put our heads together to suggest future steps and practical support for improved diversity in our executive teams and boards.
We’ll round off the event with a networking lunch – a chance for everyone to mingle and connect.

Who can attend?
The CEO Roundtable is open to C-level executives among MEDVIA’s members. Attendance for Cultivate and Connect members is €150. Carry members attend for free. There is a €150 no-show fee.
